“La Vague “ (The Wave)
Oscillating sculpture. Blue solution, metal and plexiglas. A brushed steel base with motorised movements receives a plexiglass cuboid which contains a blue viscous liquid with water. The movement creates a slow tidal wave effect.
10 x 23 x 3.5 in.
This sculpture is a small model of the famous Wave used in Jean Jacques Beneix’s 1981 movie, Diva. During the movie the Wave appears several times, like a ponctuation in the story. It was interpreted by critics as an allusion to the French Nouvelle Vague.

Two table lamps, organic inspiration. The elongated reflector, partially composed of wood, is resting on a clear glass vase. 2019.
The PLA (30% wood) reflector, eco-friendly and biodegradable, is aviable in different colours en materials.
